We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining our knowledge base, and providing feedback on our products and services.
