The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the planning, implementation, and support of new IT systems and technologies at Emami. - Develop and implement project plans for the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure and customize IT systems and technologies to meet the needs of the business.
- Test and deploy IT systems and technologies.
- Train users on new IT systems and technologies.
- Provide ongoing support for implemented IT systems and technologies.
