Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and accurate administrative support, including data entry, document management, and filing.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize a variety of software applications, including MS Office Suite and internal company systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of an associate's degree in business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Experience

  • This role is open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a professional services firm is a plus, but not mandatory.
