The Customer Care Associate (Fresher) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Asian Paints customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with assistance. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn about customer service and gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints
• Provide information about Asian Paints products and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
