The Team Leader (Fresher) is responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service agents, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service to Indigo customers. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn about leadership and management and gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Work with other team leaders and managers to improve the customer service department
