The Customer Care Agent (Fresher) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Vistara customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with assistance. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn about customer service and gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints
• Provide information about Vistara products and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Work with other customer care agents to ensure that customers receive the best possible service
