The Customer Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Uber riders and drivers by resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. This includes tasks such as answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing refunds.

Responsibilities:

• Answer rider and driver inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical problems with Uber's products and services
• Provide refunds and other assistance to riders and drivers
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Skills and Qualifications

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Uber's products and services

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
