The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical projects within Havells. This includes managing a team of engineers and technicians, as well as overseeing the budget, schedule, and scope of each project. The Project Manager must have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Enter customer data into the CRM system
• Process customer orders and invoices
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Generate reports and other documentation
• Maintain customer records
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
