The Advisor, Merchant Experience is responsible for providing support to merchants on how to use PhonePe's products and services. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training. The Advisor, Merchant Experience must have a strong understanding of PhonePe's products and services and must be able to communicate effectively with merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions from merchants about PhonePe's products and services
- Resolve issues that merchants are facing
- Provide training to merchants on how to use PhonePe's products and services
- Stay up-to-date on the latest PhonePe products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
