The Assurance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance (QA) function for Wipro. This includes developing and implementing QA processes and procedures, monitoring and reporting on QA metrics, and providing guidance and support to project teams. The Assurance Manager must have a strong understanding of QA principles and practices, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the store
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues
• Process transactions and collect payments
• Stock shelves and ensure that products are organized
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed sales goals
