The Help Desk Worker is responsible for providing technical support to customers of IndiGo Airlines. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and troubleshooting computer problems. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft
2. Troubleshoot and repair aircraft defects
3. Inspect aircraft for damage and wear and tear
4. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work
6. Work independently and as part of a team
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest aircraft maintenance techniques and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aircraft maintenance engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
