The Marketing Staff is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans and activities. This includes conducting market research, developing marketing collateral, and managing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned territory
• Identify and close sales opportunities
• Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
• Promote Amul products through advertising and marketing activities
• Track and report sales data
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficient in cash register operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the Hindi language is a plus
