The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Flipkart customers. This includes resolving customer queries and complaints, providing product and order information, and assisting with returns and refunds. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product and order information to customers
• Assist with returns and refunds
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on Flipkart products and policies
• Follow all customer service procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:
