The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources function at Dhani. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures; recruiting and hiring top talent; managing employee relations; and providing training and development opportunities.

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support Dhani's business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that Dhani hires the best possible talent.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving employee complaints and grievances.
• Provide training and development opportunities to employees, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
