The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including system administration, network administration, and end-user support. The Administrator will work with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT policies and procedures, and will also be responsible for managing the IT budget.

• Administer and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and storage devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems for end users.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Manage the IT budget.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Work with other departments to ensure that IT systems are aligned with the company's business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
