The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Myntra customers. This includes resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing product and service information, and upselling and cross-selling products. The Customer Care Executive must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
• Resolve customer issues to the satisfaction of the customer
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
