The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to Google employees on a variety of desktop hardware and software issues. This includes troubleshooting and resolving problems, installing and configuring software, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to Google employees via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
• Install and configure software
• Provide training to users on computer hardware and software
• Stay up-to-date on the latest computer technologies
• Work with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the desktop environment
