The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Infosys's clients. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

• Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide technical support to customers
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate level as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date on Infosys products and services
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with customer service software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, customer service, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus
