The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that adidas products meet or exceed all quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control (QC) procedures, conducting inspections, and resolving quality issues. The Quality Engineer will also work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

• Develop and implement QC procedures for all adidas products.
• Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain quality documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry quality standards.
• Represent adidas at industry events.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing QC procedures.
• Ability to conduct inspections and identify quality issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
