The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization. This includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data; preparing financial reports and presentations; and developing and implementing financial models. The Financial Analyst will also work with other members of the finance team to develop and execute financial strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from a variety of sources.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial models to support decision-making.
• Work with other members of the finance team to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on financial trends and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
