The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to Amul customers and employees. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and troubleshooting computer problems. The Help Desk Analyst must have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers and employees
• Troubleshoot computer problems
• Escalate complex problems to the IT team
• Document all interactions with customers and employees
• Stay up-to-date on the latest computer hardware and software
• Provide excellent customer service

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot computer problems
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
