The Purchasing Staff is responsible for supporting the procurement team in all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential suppliers
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure that suppliers meet quality, delivery, and service requirements
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Track and report on procurement spend
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with procurement software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in procurement
• Experience with procurement software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
