Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide support for a variety of banking products and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
