We are looking for a Data Recovery Engineer to join our team and help us restore lost, corrupted, or inaccessible data for our customers. In this role, you will use your skills in data recovery, hardware repair, and software engineering to help customers recover their valuable data. You will also work on developing new data recovery techniques and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the data recovery needs of customers and develop a plan to recover their data.
• Use a variety of data recovery techniques, including hardware repair, software engineering, and data recovery software.
• Recover lost, corrupted, or inaccessible data from a variety of storage devices, including hard drives, solid-state drives, USB drives, and mobile phones.
• Develop new data recovery techniques and tools.
• Work with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the data recovery process.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in data recovery.
• Experience in hardware repair and software engineering.
• Experience with a variety of data recovery techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification.
• Experience with data recovery software.
• Experience with hardware repair.
