The Executive Officer is responsible for the overall operations of a Lenskart store. This includes managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. The Executive Officer must have a strong understanding of the eyewear industry and be able to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

• Develop and execute test plans for new and existing products and services

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in retail management
