The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the General Manager and other members of the management team. This includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining records. The Operations Assistant also plays a key role in ensuring that the store is clean and well-organized, and that customers receive excellent service.

• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other members of the management team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
