The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing projects for Dabur. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that meet the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as experience managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned brands and products
• Manage and coordinate the activities of cross-functional marketing teams
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze market research data
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and broadcast
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Experience managing complex projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
