The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Aditya Birla's customers. This includes answering customer questions and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Customer Care Executive must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have a strong understanding of Aditya Birla's products and services.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
