The Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Amul's employee benefits program. This includes designing and negotiating benefit plans, communicating benefits information to employees, and administering benefits claims. The Benefits Manager also works with other departments to ensure that benefits are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Amul's employee benefits program
• Negotiate benefit plans with insurance carriers and other vendors
• Communicate benefits information to employees
• Administer benefits claims
• Work with other departments to ensure that benefits are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the benefits program
• Stay up-to-date on changes in the benefits industry
• Represent Amul at industry events and conferences

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits
• Experience in developing and implementing benefit plans
• Experience in negotiating benefit plans
• Experience in communicating benefits information to employees
• Experience in administering benefits claims
• Experience in working with other departments to ensure that benefits are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
