The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Flipkart customers. This includes resolving customer issues, answering customer questions, and providing information about Flipkart products and services. The Customer Service Executive must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about Flipkart products and services
• Upsell and cross-sell Flipkart products and services
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on Flipkart products and services
• Follow all company policies and procedures
