The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Vadilal customers. This includes answering customer questions, resolving customer issues, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide customer support and education on Vadilal products and services
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Work with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Skills:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
