The Customer Care Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Myntra customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow Myntra's customer service policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on Myntra's products and services
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
