The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of employees. This includes setting goals and deadlines, organizing workflow, monitoring productivity, and providing feedback and coaching. The Supervisor must also ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Set goals and deadlines for team members
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties
• Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Resolve employee conflicts
• Conduct performance reviews
• Recruit, select, and train new employees
• Develop and implement training programs
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience with quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
