The Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing and tracking customer payments, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments, including verifying amounts, applying credits, and posting payments to accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes and communicate with customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, including aging reports, customer balances, and payment history.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures.
