The Purchasing Staff is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, components, and services for Havells. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the procurement process, as well as experience in working with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and sources of supply
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for raw materials, components, and services
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all purchases are made within budget
• Track and report on procurement activities
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in procurement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
