The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Vistara customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing information about Vistara products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about Vistara products and services
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate level as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
