The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the Real Estate team. This includes conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to use data to make sound investment decisions.




Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Manage the company's finances and assets
  • Represent the company to external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Recruit and develop top talent
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations





Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis or investment
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
