Flipkart Recruitment 2023

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to Flipkart's customers. This includes helping them to get the most out of our products and services, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring that they are satisfied with their overall experience.

Responsibilities:                                                                     

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Understand customer needs and pain points
  • Identify and implement solutions to customer problems
  • Track customer satisfaction and NPS scores
  • Work with other teams to improve the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Provide training and support to customers




Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
