We are looking for a Customer Service Trainee to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Work with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:
