The Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Flipkart's operations. This includes developing and implementing new processes, identifying and resolving problems, and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including operational systems, customer surveys, and market research.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve problems in the operations process.
• Make recommendations for improvement to operations policies and procedures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in operations.

Qualifications:
