The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. The CSM will also work closely with the sales team to identify and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer success plans that align with customer needs and goals
• Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide ongoing training and support to customers on how to use Wipro's products and services
• Work with the sales team to identify and close new business opportunities
• Track and report on customer metrics to ensure that goals are being met
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
