The Finance Director is responsible for the overall financial management of the bank, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and experience in a banking or financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the bank's financial planning and forecasting process
• Manage the bank's budget and ensure that it is aligned with the bank's strategic goals
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for the board of directors, management, and other stakeholders
• Oversee the bank's risk management framework
• Manage the bank's treasury operations
• Advise the CEO and other senior management on financial matters

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
