The Benefits Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of all employee benefits programs at SBI Bank. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability insurance, and other employee benefits. The Benefits Manager also works with employees to answer questions about their benefits and to help them enroll in the programs that best meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee benefits programs that are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in government regulations and market trends that impact employee benefits.
• Manage the benefits budget and ensure that it is used effectively.
• Work with insurance companies and other vendors to secure competitive benefits rates.
• Negotiate with vendors to get the best possible benefits for employees.
• Communicate with employees about their benefits options and help them enroll in the programs that best meet their needs.
• Administer the benefits programs and track employee participation.
• Conduct surveys and focus groups to assess employee satisfaction with the benefits programs.
• Make recommendations for improvements to the benefits programs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
