The Information Officer (IO) is responsible for the overall management of information resources within Tech Mahindra. This includes the development and implementation of information systems, the management of data security, and the provision of user support. The IO also plays a key role in the company's business continuity planning efforts.




Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information systems that support the company's business goals.
  • Manage data security and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide user support for information systems.
  • Develop and maintain the company's disaster recovery plan.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that information resources are used effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest information technology trends.





Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the information technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems development and implementation.
  • Experience with data security and compliance.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
