The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing and growing the relationships with Flipkart's strategic customers. The CSM will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities to improve their experience, and ensure that they are getting the most out of Flipkart's products and services. The CSM will also be responsible for driving customer adoption and renewals.




Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve their experience
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and ensure that they are satisfied with Flipkart's products and services
  • Drive customer adoption and renewals
  • Track and report on customer metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams within Flipkart to ensure that customers are getting the best possible experience




Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven
