The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and assisting the customer service team in the performance of their job duties. This includes responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner. The Customer Service Supervisor must also be able to provide guidance and support to the team, as well as train and develop new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of the customer service team
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
• Provide guidance and support to the customer service team
• Train and develop new customer service representatives
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Make recommendations for process improvements

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with cloud application design and architecture.
• Experience with cloud migration and optimization.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
