Flipkart is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for tracking and resolving customer complaints.
