The Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of production activities in a plant or department. This includes ensuring that production goals are met, that quality standards are maintained, and that safety regulations are followed. The Supervisor also supervises and trains production staff, and resolves production problems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of paint and other coatings products in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage the performance of production staff.
• Resolve production problems and issues.
• Train and develop production staff.
• Ensure that safety regulations are followed in the production area.
• Prepare reports on production activities and performance.
• Represent the plant or department to other departments and to customers.
