The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties include greeting customers, answering questions, processing orders, and maintaining the store's inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Greet customers and answer questions about products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stock shelves and replenish inventory
  • Cross-sell products and upsell customers
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
