The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to SBI Bank customers via phone, email, and chat. This position requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about banking products and services
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
• Escalate customer issues to management as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and industry trends

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
